Chinese smartphone maker Xiomi is
expected to rebrand the Mi 6X as the Mi A2 in India. The Mi A2 is set to be the
next mid-range smartphone, the company is going to unveil the phone in China
and the launch date is set for April 25.
Xiaomi Mi 6X will take place of Mi
5X in China and Mi A1 in India. It's been expected that the smartphone will
come with the stock Android in latter. Earlier, its already been confirmed that
the phone will sport a 20-megapixel camera sensor on the front. The Mi 6X is

Now, the latest leak render has
surfaced on the web which shows the retail box of the smartphone.
The leaked image confirmed that the
smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 660 SoC with the AIE for the phone. This
new leak has contradicted the previous leak which was claiming that the
smartphone will come with MediaTek Helio P60 SoC.
The box comes with a lot of
disclosure and reveals that the Mi 6X will come with a USB Type-C to 3.5mm
converter as a box-content, which clearly means that Xiaomi has ditched the
3.5mm jack in the upcoming smartphone.
The leaked image also confirmed that
the phone will sport a dual-camera setup on the rear. Last week only Xiaomi has
posted half a dozen of selfie snapshots which are taken on Mi 6X on its Weibo
account.
In terms of specification, the Mi 6X
is expected to sport a 5.99-inch Full HD 2.5D curved glass display with a
resolution of 2160×1080 pixels. As confirmed the phone will be powered by Octa
Core Snapdragon 660 14nm Mobile Platform.

phone will house a dual camera setup with the combination of a 20-megapixel
rear camera with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, the secondary 8MP camera with f/1.8
aperture. On the front, the Mi 6X will feature a powerful 20-megapixel camera
along with the portrait mode.
